Journalist Abiye Teklemariam on CNN

The Ethiopian regime is infatuated with terrorism. Writing a piece about someone accused by the regime's  wangled terrorism charges itself could possibly get one accused of terrorism. In short, inquisitive and analytical journalism is equal to terrorism in the books of the Meles Zenawi regime. 

This young scholar, journalist and analyst Abiye Teklemariam has been one of the many accused in absentia. Many know this young man for his analytical writings and explanation of Ethiopian politics and current affairs. He is admired and liked by the youth, which has obviously not been liked by the Ethiopian regime. 

Ethiopia needs millions of frighteningly intelligent, descent, altruist and productive young citizens like Abiye.
