According to reports by several Saudi and international media, Ethiopia-born Saudi tycoon Mohammad al-Amoudi, is among the several high profile princes, ministers and businessmen that were arrested over an alleged corruption by the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the son and top adviser of King Salman.
Eleven princes and 38 others are being held after the mass purge including influential Saudi tycoon Prince al-Waleed bin Talal, one of the world’s richest men as well, as two sons of the former King Abdullah.
