OromoProtest has continued in various parts of the Oromia region of Ethiopia today after a brief calm.
A local government office has been burned down in Arsi, Southern Ethiopia. A tank truck belonging Trans Ethiopia, part of the ruling Front TPLF’s business wing EFFORT, has been burned down by protesters in Eastern Shewa, South East of Addis Abeba.
Major roads between Addis Abeba and Southern Ethiopia have also been blocked.
Juhara Musa, a 60 year old lady has been shot down by government securities in Gurawa town, Eastern Harar. Two children have also reportedly been shot dead.
Photos of government securities and police officers killed by protesters are spreading on social media.
