Dear readers, the above picture of PM Meles Zenawi ,daughter Semhal Meles and spouse Azeb Mesfin , all in an extremely terrified situation and severe panic, was taken last 14 November 2009 during the inauguration of the Tekeze Hydropower Plant .
Due to a mob , criticizing shouts and unaccounted security issues ,as can be seen in the photo above, Meles had to cut the inauguration session and be rushed to Addis Ababa palace “without visiting all the places he had intended to”. .The panic was exacerbated by the push of the crowd.
