In an interview with an Addis Abeba based FM Radio Station, Sheger FM 102.1, Ambassador Dina Mufti, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs categorically rebuked the recent report of the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) that listed Ethiopia as one of the top 10 countries that are risky for journalists titled CPJ Risk List. He said such reports and Organisations are “driven by their financiers views” than understanding what was really happening in Ethiopian journalism. Dina told the Radio that his Government takes human rights at its core and doesn’t the accept reports of rights groups.
