Fingerprints in Ethiopia being used for colony

The Revenue and Customs Authority (RCuA) has been collecting taxpayers’ fingerprints since July 2009as part of the National Identification System (NIS) Project, financed by the World Bank, plans to collect fingerprints from over 1.6 million people in Addis Abeba.
